MATERIALS
Light weight yarn – I used Bernat Baby Coordinates in Soft Turquoise and White
Yardage: 600 yards of green, 360 yards of white
Bulky weight yarn – I used Bernat Softee Baby Chunky in Creamsicle
Yardage: about 40 yards of orange
Crochet hooks G/4.25mm and J/6.00mm
Yarn needle

HOW IT IS WORKED
This blanket is worked in a simple ripple pattern and repeated until blanket has reached desired length. The color pattern alternates to simulate the surf on a beach, with a color chart for easier to understand instructions. The sea stars are crocheted with a chunky yarn and sewn on.
