Super Easy Colorwork Cowl
I designed this cowl as a project for the knitter who’s new to colorwork. Only two colors are used for the cowl, and the tension is easy to maintain when working the two colors together - as you’re never carrying the yarn for more than one stitch.
The pattern calls for Cascade 220 Fingering, which is a light fingering weight yarn. You’ll need 1 skein of #8393 Navy (Color A); and 1 skein of #7802 Cerise (Color B). I used less than half a skein of each, so you’ll likely have to enough to knit a second cowl, reversing the colors if you like.
The recommended needle size is US3/3.25mm - a 16”/40cm circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge. You’ll also need one stitch marker and a tapestry needle to weave in the ends.
I hope you enjoy this!
