Meet Sunday the Easter Bunny, the newest addition to the Lemon Yarn family. Sunday is a cute little bunny that loves everything about Spring. Every year around Easter time, Sunday picks up its little backpack and fills it with chocolate eggs. Do you want Sunday to join you for Easter?

This pattern is written in U.S. crochet terminology. There is no specific gauge for this project but there is a cutout part at the end of the pattern to help you with the construction of the fabric pieces, which matches the size of my bunny (approximately 20cm/8in) from the feet to the tip of the ears. The instructions are easy to follow if you are familiar with basic crochet techniques, and the pattern includes step-by-step pictures.

Materials

• 3.5mm (size E) crochet hook
• Worsted weight yarn (4ply) in desired colours, plus a small amount of Black yarn for the nose
• White fuzzy/fluffy yarn, for the tail. You can also choose to make a simple pom pom instead
• Floral fabric of your choice and/or felt, for the belly and inner ears. Plus a small amount of Pink felt for the cheeks or Pink yarn to embroider
• 12 mm safety eyes
• Polyester fiberfill stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Craft glue and/or small needle and thread
