Sunday Morning
Sunday Morning is a very simple pullover worked from the top-down. It features raglan shaping for the yoke and a simple V shape grown organically from the collar ribbing. Ribbing lines race on the sides to add a little extra polish, perfect for the Sunday Morning strolls.
A note about size: it is always a good idea to measure the size of the chest of the child the sweater is intended for before choosing a size. You can easily modify the sizing of this garment by choosing a larger or smaller chest size and working the length associated with another size, for a custom fit.
Sizes: 12m (2T, 3T, 4T, 6y, 8y, 10y)
Chest (finished garment): 22¼ (25, 25¾, 28, 28¾, 31, 31¾)“ chest circumference intended with 1½-2½” positive ease
Yarn requirement
450 (550, 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1200) yds of DK weight cotton
Sample shows Auracania Ulmo (DK weight, 100% mercerized cotton, 202 yds per 100g ball) in color “Lime”.
Sunday Morning is the fifth design to be released as part of my “Young Gentleman Knits” collection. The design is available both as an individual pattern and as part of the collection. Please note that the purchase of the collection represents a significant discount comparatively to the cost of purchasing the patterns individually, and I am not able to give any refund if you buy the individual patterns and wish to buy the collection at a later date.
