This versatile purse can be made into a clutch or a crossbody bag. The design is made using elements of the sunburst motif, making it a great accessory to the other sunburst motif items in my pattern collection. It works up very quickly and is perfect for vendor market prep. The lining is a canvas bag that you hot glue inside your crochet bag, making it easy, sturdy, and very cost-effective.

Supplies Needed
-Approx. 200-225 yds. of any size 4 worsted weight yarn
-Size 5.5 mm hook, or size needed to obtain gauge
-20 mm wooden bead (optional)
-9” x 6” plain zippered canvas pouch (I get mine from Hobby Lobby for $1.29)
-Hot glue gun and glue sticks
-2 swivel clasps for purse strap (I do not use D rings on this project, but you certainly can)
-Piece of cardboard 4” wide
-Scissors, tape measure, yarn needle

Measures approx. 7.5” x 10” with the canvas bag inserted and the flap closed. Strap measures approx. 45” in length, not including the swivel clasps.
