One Size: Approx. 9.5cm / 3¾” diameter (unstretched)
Length before seaming: 38cm / 15”
Yarn: KPC Yarn Glencoul DK (DK weight; 70% merino, 30% cotton; 116m / 126yds per 50g ball)
Shades:
Three-colour version: Beehive, Sherbert, Sorbet; 1 ball each
One-colour versions: Get Ready, Lagoon, Ruby; 1 ball each
Note: One scrunchie with bow requires approx. 30g of yarn.
Gauge: Scrunchie: 20 sts & 16 rounds = 10cm / 4” over extended single crochet using 3mm hook.
Bow: 25 sts & 20 rows = 10cm / 4” over single crochet using 3mm hook.
Hooks: 3mm / US 2.5 crochet hook
Notions: 25cm / 10” length of 0.5cm / ¼” wide elastic per scrunchie, sewing needle and thread, tapestry needle
Notes: The scrunchie and bow are worked separately; the scrunchie is worked in the round and the bow back and forth in rows. Three colour options are given. Ch1 at the beginning of the round/row does not count as a stitch throughout. US crochet terminology used throughout.
