The sizes are based on the cross back measurements. The rest of the top dimensions, such as the width of the front parts, the length of the sleeves and the overall length of the top are easily adjustable. The motif layouts will yield the following measurements:

Teenage: 11⅞’’ (30cm), Small, Small+: 14¼’’ (36cm),
Medium: 16½’’ (42cm), Large, Large+: 19’’ (48m)

armhole depth
Teenage: 4¾’’(12cm)
Small: 6’’ (15cm)
Small+, Medium: 7⅛’’ (18cm)
Large: 8¼’’ (21cm)
Large+: 9½’’ (24cm)
