Summer Sandals
by Kay Meadors
These soft summertime shoes are perfect for a newborn’s tiny toes. Fashioned in open-toe and sling-back styles, both slippers are worked with size 10 cotton thread and have double soles for added comfort. A button closure accents the open-toe sandals, and the sling-backs are embellished with tiny three-dimensional pansies.

Also required: Sewing needle and thread
Two 1/4” buttons for each pair of open-toe sandals
