Welcome to our SUMMER ROAD TRIP MKAL 2017

Kick back and relax…. breathe in the fresh air……….. enjoy the view as we wind our way from coast to coast taking in four thousand miles of stunning scenery in celebration of
C A N A D A 150.

This crescent-shaped shawl design is a sequel to the very popular Yours Truly, Summer MKAL. Depending on your preference, this design may or not be color specific. This pattern is rated as intermediate level and involves some lacework, as well as picking up border stitches, and short rows. Five colors are required for this project, one skein of each in Peppino fingering weight merino by CANADIAN dyer Rhichard Devrieze. There will be at least 6g of each skein remaining after completion of every CLUE.

Suggested colors-
’O Canada’ (solid red)
’Sea Breeze’ (blue/green variegated)
’Honey On The Go’ (gold stippled)
’When I Think Of You’ (green stippled)
’Twyla Brae’ (multi-color stippled)

Step outside the box when choosing your colors, as stipples, variegated and solids will all work well together. If you prefer to swap out some of the colors… go for it!
