The Summer lace dress is knitted from the bottom up. The lace skirt is knitted in the round following a diagram.
The skirt is finished with a drawstring casing, on which the bodice of the dress is knitted back and forth in stocking stitch. The dress is finished with two shoulder straps which join together on the back.

The dress can be knitted in both Knitting for Olive’s Merino, Knitting for Olive’s Pure Silk and Knitting for Olive’s Cotton hint of Cashmere (fingering weight).
