• Size 8/1.50mm steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
• Sewing needle
• White sewing thread
• 1 1/2 yds 1/2-inch-wide white ribbon (for facing on armholes and yoke)
• 3/8-inch shank buttons: 3
• Standard-size (20 x 31 inches) white hemstitched or regular pillowcase
• Straight pins
