Gauge:
3 fsc = 1 inch
2 sets (puff st row and hdc row = 1 set) of puff st rows = 3 inches

Sizes:
Preemie: 16-18 inch circumference, 14 inch length
Newborn: 18-20 inch circumference, 18 inch length
0-3 month: 20-22 inch circumference, 20 inch length
3-6 month: 22-24 inch circumference, 22 inch length
