A shawl for lovers of these delightful plants, or anyone who loves the beautiful geometry of their leaves! I designed these unique lace patterns to mimic some of my favorite leaf arrangements from my own succulents, and I think they do a wonderful job of keeping the knitter’s interest as the shawl progresses - each section presents its own rhythm and structure, just like the plants that inspired them.

Succulents is knit top-down, uses only common lace stitches, and there is no lace patterning done on wrong-side rows. Some repeats are rather large, however, so it is best suited for a knitter with at least some lace experience. The pattern includes both charts and written instructions for the lace patterns.
