This 2-color cloth can be worked to produce either a lighter weight spa cloth or heavier weight dishcloth, depending on the yarn utilized.

The quick striping is easy to create and adds extra interest to the waffle pattern. The left and right sides od the cloth are worked in plain striping, creating a border around the central pattern, while the edge stitches appear as a single-color alternating stripe when viewed on the reverse of the cloth.

The spa cloth uses a DK yarn such as Cotlin with #5 (3.75 mm) needles and the dishcloth uses a worsted yarn such as Dishie with #7 (4.5 mm) needles.

Instructions are listed are for a 7 1/2” square cloth, but instructions are provided for increasing or decreasing the size of the cloth.
