Striped DOG Sweater is a stylish sweater for your furry friend. It is shaped to fit perfectly using short rows. Modification instructions for boy/girl dogs are given. The sample uses two colors, but you can play with the idea of using more colors, too.

These are maximum measurements of the finished sweater (back length can be lengthened easily). Measure your dog and choose a size that is the same or larger than your dog’s measurements.

Worsted to aran-weight yarns to achieve the given gauge.
The sample yarn:

Color A: 730 blueberry milk. You need 1 (2, 2, 3, 3) skeins or 131 (262, 316, 480, 602) yds / 120 (241, 290, 440, 552) m or approx. 60 (120, 145, 220, 276) g.
Color B: 047 lichen. You need 1 (1, 1, 2, 2) skeins or 87 (175, 211, 320, 401 yds / 80 (161, 193, 293, 368) m or approx. 40 (80, 97, 147, 184) g.

NEEDLES:
US 4 / 3.5 mm circular needle for the neck ribbing and finishing
US 6 / 4 mm circular needle for the body
Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.

Tapestry needle, stitch markers, scrap yarn/stitch holders.

GAUGE:
