Suggested Needles = Size US 4 (3.5 mm): 30 in. 75 cm circular needle or needles required to match gauge.
Size US 2 (3.0 mm): 30 in. 75 cm circular needle or needles 2 sizes smaller than gauge needles.

The measurements listed are the measurements of the finished sweater. I suggest you add at least 2 inches to your chest circumference when choosing a size. So if you measure 40 in. around then knit the 42 in., or if you measure 41 in. then knit the 44 in.
