Stratosphere
Stratosphere is an easy Shetland lace stole named for the incidental music over the end credits of the early 1950s television space opera series Space Patrol, which has nothing whatsoever to do with Shetland lace.
The yarn color needed a wispy-cloudy-sky name so it stuck, even after I changed the design from a long, undulating rectangle to an oddly stretched, wormlike hap.
The pattern is simple and easily altered to fit whatever length or width you prefer.
NOTE: Pattern uses US crochet terminology.

Size 1 (2mm) crochet hook.
