This top/tunic/dress is made starting in the center using the popular Corner to Corner (C2C) pattern for the bodice, it has a tremendous amount of stretch which is why only two different sizes are actually needed. I do not recommend substituting cotton thread for this pattern because it is likely to shrink and may not have as much stretch to it.

A lacy skirt is then added to the bottom of the bodice in rounds then the yoke is crocheted on the top of the bodice in two piece then sewn at the shoulders and underarms.

You will need stitch markers for this pattern.
