Steygail
Neighbo(u)rhood Sheep Society 2018
Crisp mornings and blue skies - when spring is almost here, but just hasn’t quite arrived…
These mitts are fun to knit and work up really quickly, perfect for a speedy knit as the last throes of winter seem to be holding on for all eternity.
Worked from the cuff to the hand in a simple but effective slipped stitch pattern, they are a joy to knit, especially as you only need to work one colour at a time.
The thumb is worked once the mitts are done, so you don’t need to interrupt your glorious slipped stitch colourwork.
