Special Crochet Stitches:

Single Crochet 2 Together (sc2tog): insert hook in indicated stitch, yo, pull up a loop, insert hook in

next indicated stitch, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through all 3 loops on hook

Star Stitch: worked as written in pattern (a video tutorial is available on my website for stitch placement)

Materials: 49 yards Vanna’s Choice 4ww yarn or similar

1 stitch marker or safety pin

Marker or pencil to mark out stitch placement on towel

1” Button

Needle and matching thread (to stitch on button)

Finished Size: 9” at widest section, 12” height (9” when buttoned)

Hook: Sizes D (3.00mm) & J (6.00mm)

Gauge: (J hook) 13 hdc & 11 rows = 4”
