Squishy Hat (three awesome patterns) 

At STASH we LOVE bulky knitting because it is fast and fun while creating a knitted piece with personality and wow factor. These three squishy hat patterns are easy to knit, easier to customize, and can be made to fit any noggin!!

Materials:

1 skein Ella Rae MEGA or Cascade MAGNUM (1/2 skein makes 1 hat!)
1 16” long or 14” long 8 mm circular needle
1 24” long 15 mm circular needle
1 darning needle
1 stitch marker
optional - 1 button (for buttoned variation)
optional - 1 LG or XL pom pom maker (for pom pom detailing)

Abbreviations:

CO cast on
K knit
P purl
St st Stockinette stitch - knitting all stitches when in the round (flat - K1 row, P1 row)
Garter Garter stitch - when knitting flat, knit every stitch (round - K1 row, P1 row)
K2tog Knit two stitches together (decrease)
Row Knitting flat, as if on straight needles
Round Knitting on circulars, joining your work in the round and maintaining a tube shape
BO Bind off or Cast off stitches as directed
