Yarn - Cotton Yarn Med (4) - I used peaches and Cream

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (sl st)
Single Crochet (sc)

Size: 4 X 4 Inches
3 chs = 1 inch
2 Rows + 1 inch
Add beginning chs in increments of 2

Notes:
Ch1 Does not count as a st.
