This shawl is knit garter stitch with a simple increase and decrease along one side. It has five stripes repeating three times for a total of 15 stripes. It uses up almost all the balls of each of the colours, so be aware of your wastage.

Exact tension isn’t important. If you knit tighter or looser it will just affect the size and drape of the shawl.
