Spring Day is a kimono style cardigan designed with airy floral style in mind. It is constructed as one-piece worked from side to side. There are no shaping involved. The pattern is using unique treble crochet done as clusters to create the airy floral pattern.

The cardigan is designed using worsted cotton yarn, but can easily be substituted with other worsted yarn. I chose Lion Brand 24/7 cotton yarn because it is ideal for spring or summer and it is soft as well. The magazine version uses Plymouth Yarn Fantasy Naturale, a100% cotton cabled yarn.
