This is a mesh skully hat with a big flowery burst on the back! It’s the skully version of my Spring Blossom Slouchy Hat. This pattern gives you two options - a regular skully hat (blue) or an extra long skully hat (yellow), which has some slouch due to being too long. It’s light and lacy, making it the perfect hat for Spring or even Summer! And the open, lacy design gives it lots of stretch!

Supplies: Worsted weight yarn in 4 colors. Stitch marker.

Finished Size: Regular Version: (unstretched) Around edge = 20 inches. From edge to center of top = 7 inches.
Extra long Version: (unstretched) Around edge = 20 inches. From edge to center of top = 9 inches. Both versions have a lot of stretch!

Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Stitches & Techniques used: single crochet, double crochet, puff, cluster. This pattern uses basic crochet stitches and techniques as well as two special stitches. Instructions for the special stitches are given in the pattern.
