A birthday (Happy Birthday, Bec!), a family birthday tradition (sparklers on the cake, even though there are magnesium burns on the table!), a beautiful skein of blue Augustbird yarn, and a cute toddlerism (Essie calls 100’s and 1000’s ‘sparkles’) all combined to gives us our Sparkles snood pattern.

We used and recommend White Gum Wool for this pattern. We used Falling Through Time and Seaside as hand dyed by Augustbird. White Gum’s Ashmore and Natural colourways will be wonderful substitutes.
