You know how sometimes you have a ball of yarn in your hand and your fingers just itch to cast on? This sweater allows you to do just that. Whatever size you want to make (small child to adult), and whatever the grist of the yarn in your hand (lace weight, bulky, hand or mill spun), it begins with one stitch and increases from there. In other words -- hours of garter stitch pleasure and no gauge watch necessary ​ (at least to start). About half way through there are a few calculations to do. But no need to stew. The formulas provided will help to make sure your sweater fits you.

As with everything about this sweater, it is perfectly adjustable to your yarn and gauge -- and OH my is it cozy and fun to wear. While you’re there, be sure to admire her armpit racing stripes -- a super fun way to add a surprise dash of color while knitting together the side seams.
