Solivagant Top

The Solivagant Top is inspired by peaceful mountainside lakes. It’s worked in two pieces: each piece begins at the lower-right corner with a striped bias-knit triangle. Short-rows join the lower left corner and edge to the bias triangle. The unusual construction keeps the relatively simple knitting engaging.

NOTES
-
This top is worked back and forth from the bottom up in separate pieces and seamed. Each piece begins at the lower right corner with a bias triangle, then short-rows join the lower left corner and lower edge to the triangle. The rest of the lower body and armhole shaping is worked back and forth.
-
A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
