SOCOA
SOCOA sweater is made out of two yarn weights, fingering and aran, taking the best from the two worlds. The garment is knitted in the round and is totally seamless.
Worked from the bottom up, it uses first the fingering quality for a lightweight drape; then comes the upper part, made of aran weight yarn, presenting a more enveloping and textured fabric.
It is a versatile garment, casual yet feminine.
Intended to be worn with positive ease, we advise you to knit one size smaller than your usual size if you want a more fitting garment (the model presented is XS for a 32 bust circumference).
Some construction details as W&T short rows, or pick up stitches will required an intermediate knitting level.
We recommend to use yarns witch provide a good stitch definition as the picot stitch is an important part of the design.
Circumference at bust: 33.5 (36, 38.5, 40, 43).
Estimation yardage: 415 (480, 550, 615, 700) yards of fingering weight yarn for color A, and 650 (735, 825,
915,1000) of aran weight yarn for color B.
1.5 skeins of Loft and 6 skeins of Shelter.
