Snowy Day Firs
by Lynette Meek
I fell in love with this chart making a little pair of mittens for my grandson. I felt that it would make a great pattern for a winter hat.
So I picked the softest yarn I could find – Rowan Brushed Fleece – and created this slightly slouchy hat. When I had it finished I also felt that it really needed a snowball on top. I hope that you enjoy your snowy hat!
The Snowy Tree chart does require that 3 colours be carried on most rows and is a little fiddly
