Size (head circumference):
L (51-56 cm / 20-22 inches), two depths of the hat: 23.5 cm / 9.25 inches from cast on edge or 25 cm / 9.75 inches

Gauge:
18 stitches x 24 rows = 10cm/4inches in Stockinette Stitch
26 stitches x 24 rows = 10cm/4inches in Cable Pattern
