Growing up in Ireland , snow was hit or miss unless we went to Wicklow Mountain, but for Christmas each year Aunt Katherine gaves us a 2 week holiday to Interlochen, Switzerland and we had snow
that we played and skied and made snowmen. The cables in these mittens form balls or as I loke to think snowballs which every good snowman begins with.
