The snowflake is worked a float stitch motif. Worked with Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino on US1 (2.25mm) and US3 (3.25mm) single pointed needles. Worked flat and seamed.

Sizes:
1-2 years,
3-4 years,
5-6 years
7-9 years

This easy to read pattern has separate detailed instructions for each size. Just select and print the pages for the size you are knitting, and leave the other sizes safely in a folder for another project. This knitting pattern contains easy to read, detailed row by row written instructions plus helpful charts and photos.

If you only work in the round you could easily convert this pattern for DPNs and duplicate stitch (swiss darn) the snowflake once you have completed the mittens.
