This hat is made with a simple stranded snowflake design. It is a paper bag style hat with a cord and pom poms used as the snow ball element. You can use any heavy worsted weight yarn for the hat. The stranded pattern and cord/pom poms are done with a sparkly white yarn. Any yarn works as a substitute.
