Snefald means snowfall in Danish and is inspired by the early winter landscape with light snowfalls covering the dried plants and bare land.

The Shawl is knit in the round using 4 colors. Increases at the sides and the center will create a triangular shape that is revealed after steeking. It is steeked along the top edge of the shawl after binding off and stitches are picked up to hide the steek.

Yarn & Yardage
DK Weight
John Arbon Knit by Numbers DK - 250 meters / 273 yards per 100 g
C1: Dark brown (KBN08) - 100 g (or more for a larger shawl)
C2: mid brown (KBN10) - 100 g
C3: light brown (KBH12) - 50 g
C4 (contrast color): Mustard (KBN110) - 50 g

I used 4 skeins for this shawl, 1 skein in each color.
I recommend a 3 color fade + a contrasting color
For a larger shawl add an extra skein of C1.
