Get your cable fix with this one-skein cap in Shelter. A deep edging of twisted rib buds into an ornate cable motif that decreases to forms a sunburst at the crown. The fabric is stretchy enough to fit most adult heads. Handsome in any color, this design is great for using up insurance skeins from larger projects or for playing with new shades you’ve been wanting to try. Snare is worked entirely from charts.

Construction
The hat is worked circularly from the brim to the crown.

140 yards of worsted weight wool yarn

Note: The sample hat used almost 1 full skein. If you plan to make a longer hat or if your gauge is tighter than the given gauge, be sure to purchase an extra skein.
