Slips and Splotches
I designed this blanket as a gift to welcome my dear friend’s second child into the world. I hope knitting this blanket brings you as much joy as it did for us, whether it’s as a gift or for your own little one!
This blanket is worked in one flat piece. The bottom border
is worked first, then the main body of the blanket is worked in the Slips & Splotches pattern with the left and right borders worked by changing colours at both ends of each row. The top border is added in the main colour at the end.
The pattern includes both written and charted versions of the main stitch pattern. The downloadable version from Ravelry is written with both Australian (metric) and US (imperial) terminology.
