Slipped Kiss Socks
I wrote this pattern for the 56 peg 1/4” gauge loom but used the new preorder 72 peg 1/4” gauge Cindwood universal sock loom. Provided a formula to be able to make any size you would like. I have an example written for a 24 month old. It has different videos to help with the techniques used. It uses the new Pinned short row heel and Kiss short row heel I just completed the short row study on. So if you would like to try these on the toe and heel for something new you can. Or you can just do the short row method you love the best. I find the stitch pattern looks intricate but really is quite simple. This isn’t a very difficult sock and looks great completed. It is also done toe up so you can use the easier method of kitchener cast on for the toe. I also provide some photo tutorial and written instructions. I used a stretchy yarn for this pattern and love the results so far but you can use standard sock yarns for the project just fine.
