Slip Stitch Crochet Scarf
This is a simple beautiful scarf crocheted with slip stitch crochet, worked lengthwise. You can use any weight of yarn & any gauge, and make the scarf any length & width you like. It’s ideal as a first time slip stitch crochet project.
Slip stitch crochet is considered an intermediate skill level, even though the slip stitch is one of the first crochet stitches you learn as a beginner. Most crocheters are used to crocheting these stitches tightly. In order for the scarf to look “right” and have a nice drape to it, it is important to crochet slip stitches much looser than you are used to.
Thanks to CollieGrl64, crochetlady0506, cdahl, honeystalks, mom23angels, marlicia, & jeszieknits
for their test crocheting skills!! This pattern would not have been possible without all of you.
