Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) ● Level: 4 of 5 ● The Slim Fit Rib Knit sweater is a perfect sweater that will become your new go-to piece for years. Adorned with double-folded collar and wide raglan seams, the sweater is worked in half brioche but turned inside out for a more modern look.
The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down. First, you cast on double-folded collar stitches either with a provisional cast-on or, more easily, long tail cast-on method, and eventually sew the collar in place. Then, the back of the neck is worked with short rows. The yoke is worked with raglan increases. Sleeve stitches are left on hold while working the body, and after finishing it, the sleeves are worked. Finally, turn the sweater inside out.
The fit is intentionally snug. It may feel like you’re using an enormous amount of yarn, but the result is a heavy, high-quality sweater.

SIZE GUIDE
The sweater is designed to be worn with approx. 0-7.5 cm / 0-3” of positive ease at bust so it’s snug. First, measure your own bust. Then, add approx. 0-7.5 cm / 0-3” to your bust circumference. Compare that number to the finished measurements (above) and choose the closest size. If you’re unsure whether the sweater will be too tight, try on a ready-made sweater of the same size to get a better idea of the fit. The half brioche stitch pattern stretches.
