I have used Sirdar Snuggly DK 100% Cotton (Fawn 773 - 1 ball), Sirdar Snuggly DK 55% Nylon 45% Acrylic (White - 1 ball) and Ricorumi DK 100% Cotton (Chocolate 057 - 1 ball).
2.5mm and 3.5mm crochet hook

Measurements (length of sole): 0-3mnths = 9cm, 3-6mnths = 10cm, 6-12mnths = 11cm.
