The coat is worked back and forth in sections to the underarm. At the underarm, the sections (sleeves, fronts and back) are joined onto one needle and the yoke is worked back and forth.

Alternating rows of 2 different weights creates dynamic stripes throughout this coat. Two colorway versions are shown: one with contrast, the other as a monochrome. Note that the crochet hook is needed to create the loops for the belt.
