• SIZE : The knitting pattern was written to fit average adult women hand size .

• NEEDLES : 3 mm (US2, ½ /UK11) Circular needles with a long cable for the Magic Loop method (80 cm/32” or longer) or set of double-pointed needles 3 mm (US2, ½ /UK11) .

• YARN : Merino extra fine 100% wool 50 g(1,8 oz) = 105 m(115 yds)/ 8 ply/DK/ worsted Needed : 100 g , 210 m ( 230 yds )

• GAUGE :21 sts x 28 row =10x 10cm/4 x 4” on 3 mm (US2, ½ /UK11) needles in stockinette stitch after blocking

Construction
Sivas mittens are knitted from the hand to the fingers. The thumb is knitted separately. The left and right mittens are knitted differently, that’s why special instructions are given. Each round and each stitch is described.
If you want longer mittens, just increase the number of rounds before increasing the thumb.
Due to the Half Fishermans stitchs , the mittens are stretchable and fit the size of an adult woman from S to L .
