The Sisterdale Cowl begins at the tip and is worked back and forth in rows increasing 2 sts every right side row. After all increases are made, the piece is joined to work in the round, creating a seamless cowl.

It’s a three color slip stitch pattern, you are working with just one color per round, changing colors every round. A combination of simple knit, purl and slip stitches along with the color changes makes a complex looking fabric very easy to achieve.

The small batch undyed natural yarn from Orchid Hill Farms was a joy to design with. Its gauge is slightly heavier than the Woolstok, which is not often found in commercial yarns.
