Siskin Hat
The third in my Feathered Friends collection, the Siskin Hat joins its nestlings - my Greenfinch Mitts and Cowl and Treecreepers Mitts.
You can buy all 4 patterns together for a discount. The price for the set is £12.00 (that’s a savings of £8.00 off the price of buying the patterns separately).
If you put 4 patterns in your cart together, the price will automatically reduce to £12.00 (no coupon code required).
If you bought any of these 4 patterns already, whatever you spent on on them will be counted towards the price of the set so long as you’re logged into the same ravelry account when you make both purchases
The hat’s designed with negative ease so it’ll fit snuggly and stay in place. Knitted in the round, it’s seamless and features variations of mock cable rib. My signature birdy footprints hop their way from brim to crown, finishing with a neat rapid decrease which looks pretty neat as it is, or you can add a pompom - it’s your call.
Designed with 2½ -3in of negative ease (ie it is smaller than your head) to ensure it won’t fall off and keeps out the windchill. If you have lots of hair to accommodate or prefer a looser fit, you may want to opt for the size with the actual measurement that most closely matches your head measurement.
Both written instructions and charts provided, plus link to tutorial on how to read knitting charts (basics).
Suitable Yarns

Use same yarn for pom pom to match if desired, or use any oddment of another colour.
