Single Crochet Temperature Baby Blanket
A free version is also available.
This pattern is available for FREE on my website HERE.
Join in on the fun of making your own temperature blanket! The single crochet temperature baby blanket pattern is a smaller scale project, great for making a historical blanket or working up day-by-day in real time.
I worked up a historical blanket for the year my oldest was born! She’s 5 now and it’s a lovely lap blanket for her. And, one that I hope she will pass down if she has a daughter one day.
A very common experience is making a temperature blanket that turns out way too big! I think temperature blankets are a wonderful way to commemorate baby’s first year, so I have been on a mission to create temperature blanket patterns that are baby-blanket sized!
This pattern is super beginner-friendly, uses worsted weight yarn (a widely available yarn weight in a bazillion colors), and is less overwhelming than a typical temperature blanket where you might be crocheting 200+ stitches a day.
I hope you enjoy this pattern!
