Simple Stripes Baby Blanket
Update February 2024: I deleted the blog I was linking to at some point in the past. I’ll see if I can locate my recipe elsewhere or if it was just on the blog. So for now it’s just marked unavailable.
Gauge is not important.
When I want some “TV knitting” sometimes I turn to this pattern. I recommend stripes so it’s more interesting, let the yarn do the work. I usually used worsted weight. When I first made up this pattern I posted it off ravelry on my blog.
Yarns listed are suggestions. If you use the standard size worsted weight Caron Cake, I recommend 2 balls minimum. If you use Caron Simply Soft, you might need 3 to 6 skeins. More if you use stripes.
The sample pictured used most of 4 skeins of Caron Simply Soft: gray, yellow, light purple, and white.
