This is a pattern for a Simple Jacket, originally published in Knit Today. It is in stocking stitch with garter stitch edges, and should be fine for a beginner. To fit bust: 34-48 ins. Actual bust: 37 -53 1/2 ins. Length: 23 3/4 -30 1/4 ins. You will need; 5(6:6:6:7:7:7:8) x 100gm hanks of yarn. The yarn has now been discontinued. Any yarn knitting to the tension can be used.
