Construction
This sleeveless top is worked bottom up in the round to the armhole shaping. The back and front textured bib sections are then worked flat one at a time. The top of each bib section uses an I-Cord Bind Off which is worked as regular I-Cord for the strap sections. Stitches are picked up around each armhole and then bound off to make a neat finish and tighten the armhole area.
The body has a gentle A-Line shape with the use of dart shaping on the back and front. A faux side seam is kept throughout the body section. Garment is reversible as front and back are identical. Body length can be adjusted by either working more rounds after body shaping and before underarm bind off or by working more rounds in between each set of decreases. Armhole depth can be adjusted by working the shoulder straps to desired length.
