Both the stocking and ornament are made cuff down with short row heels.

The gauge is as follows for the ornament (stocking): 32sts/44rows (18sts/ 20rows) = 4x4in/10x10 cm stockinette with size 0/ 2.0mm (8/ 5.0mm) needles.
